Transnetyx Colony focuses on creating a seamless and efficient way to manage and monitor litters and breedings within our product suite. Our goal was to simplify the processes, reduce manual tasks, and enhance user experience to place litters orders, significantly reducing friction in the ordering process.
I led the end-to-end designs on this project by revamping the ordering process which consisted of leading research/testing sessions, exploring and ideating multiple concepts, and facilitating technical and business tradeoffs through design iterations.

After

Managing litters was cumbersome, with users facing inefficiencies and inconsistencies in the process. Our user Interviews revealed several key issues:
No ability to undo mistakes (e.g., add/delete rows)
Outdated functionality not meeting current user needs
Challenges in ensuring accessibility and maintaining design quality
Minimal error prevention, making recovery difficult
